God is everywhere. You don’t have to wait till Sunday or the Sabbath to communicate. There’s something very special about communing with nature and the elements. Don’t draw the curtains and close the door on these gifts from God. Spend time in the open air today being part of this wonderful planet, rather than isolating yourself from it!

Take time to meditate today. All you need is ten minutes of silence, without distractions. Close the door. turn off the phone. Get comfortable. Play music gently in the background if you like. Let your mind drift and tell yourself that no-one needs you right now, and you need do nothing right now. Breath in deeply. Breath out deeply. Imagine that your angel is now beside you, very close to you. What do you want to say to your angel? What do you want to receive? As your breathing deepens and steadies you will drift off into another space. Let whatever happens happen.
When you come back gently into your body you’ll feel more relaxed and more vibrant. Write down any feeling, message colour or object you may have seen or heard during your moments of peaceful connection. What do they mean to you?
